Registration for Amplify is Now Open

Registration for Amplify is Now Open

MHUSD Families,

We are excited to announce that registration for the Amplify before and after school programs is now open!

We are counting down the days until we return to school and know many families are in need of before and/or after-school care.  We're looking forward to seeing you on August 15!

TK-5 Amplify enrollment process

To ensure the best possible experience, please follow the specific enrollment process for your child's grade level. Our TK and Kindergarten classes maintain a 10:1 staff ratio to provide optimal support and attention. For these grades, it is crucial to use the designated registration links. For 1st through 5th grades, we have a 20:1 staff ratio, so please make sure to use the appropriate registration link for these grades as well. Registering with the correct link for your child's grade and site helps us maintain accurate records and ensures your child is placed in the appropriate program.

Our community partners play a vital role in enhancing our programs. The YMCA is our dedicated partner for all TK-5 and TK-8 sites, providing enriching activities and support.

Important Information:

Youth Alliance Amplify staff will have a table at Britton and Martin Murphy schools during Schedule Pick-up to register students. Schools will also have additional registration packets in the office.  The Amplify program fee is $250 per student per month.

Students (TK-8th) who qualify for free/reduced lunch may attend the program for free.

Families are encouraged to fill out the free/reduced lunch application on the district's website (mhusd.org) for qualification information.

ASES Grant Sites -  San Martin Gwinn and PA Walsh (Different state funding): If you do not qualify for free or reduced lunch through the National School Lunch Program, families facing financial hardship can contact their YMCA school coordinator for subsidy options.

Priority Enrollment:

We are dedicated to accommodating as many students as possible in our before and after school program.  The MHUSD Amplify Program is funded through the Expanded Learning Opportunities Program (ELOP), which allocates funds for specific student populations, including foster youth, students experiencing homelessness, English learners, and students qualifying for free or reduced lunch services.   As in the past, these students will receive priority enrollment. Additional students will be enrolled on a first-come, first-served basis as space permits.

We are looking forward to a great school year!
