School Bus Pass Applications for the 2024-2025 school year are now open on the MHUSD (Morgan Hill Unified School District) website.
To assign student stops, the Transportation Department will be using home addresses and board policy walking distances as guidelines to establish the safest/most reasonable bus stop(s) for our bus riding students. Please note, we do NOT transport students outside of their home schools. When assigning bus stops, we take into account various factors, such as the presence of railroad tracks, major highways, and other obstacles, in order to ensure the well-being of our students during their journey to and from school. Our aim is to provide a transportation system that provides safety above all else. A working draft of the routes will be available later today, and official routes and pickup times will be posted before the start of the school year.
We understand that each family’s circumstances may vary and we want to ensure that transportation services are accessible to all families and students. By completing the family benefit form, families can determine their eligibility for Free Transportation Services. We encourage all families to take advantage of this opportunity and submit the necessary information.

These forms must be completed every year in order to determine eligibility even if you have submitted these forms in previous years.

To further facilitate a smooth application experience, we recognize that some individuals may not have online access or might prefer in-person assistance. Therefore, we have arranged for staff members to be available on-site at our transportation office, located at 105 Edes St, Morgan Hill, CA 95037, during designated hours to help with applications and provide necessary support.
Starting Tuesday, July 23rd, and continuing through Thursday, August 8th, our staff will be available on-site on Tuesdays from 8 am to 12 pm and on Thursdays from 3 pm to 6 pm. Additionally, we will be available on Saturday, August 3rd, from 8 am to 12 pm. Whether you need help with the online application process, have questions about eligibility or pricing, or require general guidance, our staff will be there to assist you.
