Hello Central Families,

In order to limit exposure, align with social distancing practices, and the “Shelter in Place” order, effective Monday (March 23rd), the following changes will be made to our meal program:

  1. Service will be a single day where families will pick up meals for the entire week (five lunches and five breakfasts for the week)

  2. Meals will be a mix of warm and cold meals and instructions will be provided to families on how to re-heat meals

  3. Children do not need present when meals are picked up

  4. Sites will be streamlined from six to three sites (Los Paseos, El Toro and San Martin Gwinn)

Central High Families,

The impact to our schools due to the COVID-19 pandemic continues to evolve and we must navigate our response to the situation. Our highest priority is the health and safety of our employees, students, and families.

We thank you for your continued patience in this time of school closures.  Our teachers will provide work that will contribute to learning so that there is more continuity when students return or enriching work  that adds to learning they have already experienced. Materials will be shared by March 20th via Googleclassrooms or other class platforms.

We encourage families and staff to focus on physical and mental well being during this stressful time.

Please continue to check the website and emails regularly for updated information.  You may also email teachers or staff as we are on call and checking emails regularly throughout typical school  hours.

MHUSD food services will continue to offer Breakfast and Lunch for pick up.  Please view our pick up locations and schedule here

If you need internet there are resources for free internet Spectrum (Charter Communications) will now be offering free wifi to households with students
